Introduction

Attendance Policy kisi bhi company ke liye ek important HR policy hoti hai. Is policy ka main purpose employees ki time punctuality, work discipline aur smooth workflow ko maintain karna hota hai. Clear attendance rules se company aur employees dono ke rights aur responsibilities define hote hain.


Objective of Attendance Policy

  • Employees ki regular attendance ensure karna
  • Late coming aur absenteeism ko control karna
  • Payroll aur leave management ko transparent banana

Scope of the Policy

Yeh Attendance Policy company ke sabhi permanent, temporary, contract aur trainee employees par applicable hogi, jab tak appointment letter me alag se mention na ho.


Working Hours

  • Company working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Weekly working days: Monday to Saturday
  • Weekly off: Sunday
    (Company requirement ke according timing change ho sakti hai)

Attendance Recording System

Employee apni attendance biometric machine / attendance register / mobile app ke through mark karega.

  • In-time aur out-time dono mandatory hain
  • Proxy attendance strictly prohibited hai

Late Coming Policy

  • Grace period: 10 minutes
  • Month me 3 late entries allowed hain
  • 3 se zyada late hone par half day / salary deduction applicable ho sakti hai

Absenteeism

  • Bina prior approval ke absent hona unauthorized absence mana jayega
  • Continuous 2 days se zyada absence disciplinary action ka reason ban sakta hai
  • Unauthorized absence par salary deduction hogi

Leave & Attendance Adjustment

  • Approved leave attendance me reflect hogi
  • Leave application pehle HR/Reporting Manager se approve karwani hogi
  • Emergency leave ke case me same day inform karna mandatory hai

Overtime Attendance

  • Overtime sirf Reporting Manager ki written approval ke baad hi valid hoga
  • Overtime payment company policy ke according hoga

Work From Home Attendance

  • Work from Home sirf management approval se allowed hoga
  • Employee ko daily work report submit karni hogi

Disciplinary Action

Attendance policy ka repeatedly violation hone par company neeche diye gaye actions le sakti hai:

  • Verbal warning
  • Written warning
  • Salary deduction
  • Termination (severe cases me)

Policy Amendment Rights

Company ko yeh right hai ki business requirements ke according attendance policy me changes, modifications ya updates kar sake.
